Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer Policy
Dymmo is fully committed to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. We follow FATF/GAFI guidelines and comply with local regulations in each country where we operate.
Our KYC (Know Your Customer) program requires identity verification for all users. Different transaction limits apply depending on the verification level. Level 1 (phone): up to €500/month. Level 2 (ID/Passport): up to €10,000/month. Level 3 (advanced verification): custom limits.
All transactions are analyzed in real-time by our anomaly detection system. Suspicious transactions are flagged and may require additional verification.
In accordance with regulations, Dymmo is required to report any transaction suspected of money laundering or terrorist financing to the relevant authorities.
We retain KYC data and transaction records for the legally required duration (minimum 5 years after account closure).
